Milestone: Killed by someone
Detective Andrew Henry is the LAPD homicide detective assigned to the frozen-body investigation. He tells Peggy and Sousa that two women were killed in Echo Park Lake two years earlier and that the killer became known as the Lady of the Lake murderer. He believes Jane Scott's death represents the killer's return and works with the SSR because of the unusual circumstances surrounding the frozen lake in the middle of a heat wave.
Henry becomes increasingly impatient with the investigation and favors using the press to generate public attention. Peggy instead follows the scientific evidence connecting Jane Scott's body to Isodyne Energy. Henry later becomes a suspect after Peggy learns that only the police and the original Lady of the Lake killer knew about the switched shoes. Henry admits that he was paid to dispose of Scott's body and stage the murder to revive the old case. He then becomes infected by the same substance that killed Scott and attempts to force Jason Wilkes to cure him before dying.
