Mike Li accompanies Agents Thompson, Ramirez, and Carter on the mission to Russia. He reacts with surprise to Peggy's assignment to the mission and participates in the banter surrounding her not being fit for the field. When he meets the Howling Commandos, he is what can only be described as 'Star Struck'.
Li takes part in the infiltration of the Leviathan facility and the firefight that follows the discovery that the mission is a trap. He is sadly shot in the attempt to escape the facility.
