The Origin of Captain America / Wreckers Among Us / Enter Red Skull
Omar is the mysterious figure at the heart of a sensational stage act, presented as a man with the power to reveal the future. Under the command of the hypnotist Sando, he is put into a trance and made to project visions onto a crystal ball, images of coming disasters that then come true as real acts of sabotage strike the war effort.
The act is a sham built on his back. The predictions are projected by an accomplice, and Omar is revealed to be not a willing conspirator but a helpless victim, used by Sando to give the sabotage the appearance of prophecy. When Captain America and Bucky break up the show and expose the operation, Omar's role as a pawn rather than a spy comes to light.
