Milestone: Killed by Dorothy 'Dottie' Underwood / Ida
Otto Mink is the smuggler responsible for helping Howard Stark secretly return to the United States. After discovering that Stark has not paid him what he believes he is owed, Mink becomes determined to find Stark and the people who interfered with his operation. His men identify Peggy as the woman who accompanied Jarvis during the rescue, giving Mink a target.
Mink follows Peggy to the Griffith Hotel and attempts to obtain her room number from Miriam Fry before sneaking inside the building. He intends to kill Peggy but encounters Dottie Underwood instead. Dottie becomes interested in his automatic pistol and kills him with a highly skilled physical attack before taking the weapon for herself.
