The Iron Ceiling
Rick Ramirez is assigned to the Russian mission alongside Agents Thompson and Li. He is initially impressed when Peggy successfully arranges for the 107th Regiment to serve as their tactical support. His interactions with the Howling Commandos help reinforce the contrast between Peggy's wartime reputation and the SSR's limited understanding of her abilities.
Ramirez participates in the infiltration of the Leviathan facility and the subsequent effort to escape the trap. He survives the mission and returns with the remaining members of the team.
