Enchantress and Executioner / Giants Walk the Earth / Battle of the Gods
Loki frees Skagg from imprisonment in order to attack Earth and prevent Odin from returning to Asgard. Skagg travels to Earth alongside Surtur and uses his enormous size and supernatural power to threaten the planet. During the battle, he confronts Balder, who breaks Skagg’s club with Svraden, his enchanted blade. Skagg then uses the broken club to create a giant waterspout in an attempt to drown Balder.
Skagg continues generating destructive weather, including a titanic typhoon that distracts Odin’s pursuers and complicates the battle. Loki replenishes his strength as Odin attempts to weaken him. Ultimately, Odin’s power drains Skagg’s evil strength, allowing Earth’s defenders to overcome the giant and stop the immediate threat.
