Peril in the Surface World / So Spreads the Net / The Unveiling
King Thakorr is the ruler of Atlantis and Fen's father. When explosions caused by the human icebreaker Oracle create disturbances beneath the sea, Thakorr responds by sending Fen to investigate what the surface dwellers are doing.
When Fen does not return, Thakorr becomes concerned that she has been captured by the humans. He sends an Atlantean force to retrieve his daughter from Leonard McKenzie's ship. The resulting confrontation ends with Leonard's death and Fen's return to Atlantis, setting in motion the tragic circumstances surrounding Namor's birth.
