Milestone: Recruits Kahhori to his cause
Stepping through a portal into Queen Isabella's throne room at the precise moment Kahhori has just reshaped the geopolitical order of an entire continent. His entrance is brief and his explanation is minimal. He tells her he has been looking for her for a long time, which implies a search that has taken him across realities and considerable effort. He offers no details about why, or what he needs, or what is coming.
Milestone: Recruits Agent Carter
His appearance mirrors his arrival after Kahhori reshaped the world: brief, deliberate, and carrying the full weight of everything he has been doing behind the scenes. He steps through a portal into the throne room after the universe has been saved and everyone else has vanished, finding Carter standing alone in the aftermath of losing Steve Rogers again. She mistakes him for the Watcher at first. He corrects her, tells her she could use a friend, and when she asks what he is doing there, he says he has a story to tell her.
