Captain America: The First Avenger
Milestone: Kisses Steve Rogers
Lorraine is a private serving with the Strategic Scientific Reserve, stationed at the London headquarters where the senior staff gather. She takes notice of Steve Rogers after seeing his heroics splashed across the newspaper; the liberation of the captured Allied soldiers making him the man of the hour.
When Steve comes to speak with Colonel Phillips, Lorraine catches him alone and kisses him, framing it as thanks on behalf of the women of the country for his bravery. The moment is cut short when Peggy Carter walks in on them, and the interruption sours things between Steve and Peggy just as their own bond had been growing.
