Erik Killmonger appears briefly and without dialogue. His appearance serves as the payoff to the Last Black Panther's mission: the vibranium axe that Kuda and Tafari return to the battlefield eventually makes its way to a museum, where Killmonger retrieves it. That act sets in motion the chain of events that leads T'Challa to open Wakanda to the world, averting the future the Last Black Panther came to prevent.
