Tread Lightly
Hank is a clerk at the Bureau of Criminal Records in Depression Era New York, an old acquaintance of Janet from Ben Reilly's office. When Janet comes looking for information on Flint Marko, she brings him a sack of food, and though he protests that his wife has made him give up such treats, he takes the bribe all the same, pointing out that Janet is not his wife.
He pulls Marko's file and shares what it holds, a record running from petty crime up through enforcer work for the crime lord Silvermane, sending Janet back to the office with the lead in hand.
