Dum Dum Dugan turns up alongside Howard Stark in the aftermath of Peggy Carter's victory. The war years behind him, he lounges poolside with his old friend in easy retirement-day comfort. The two trade idle banter in the sun.
The talk turns to the newfangled swimwear on display. Dugan asks Howard whether he invented the bikini. Howard tells him no, the French did. Dugan seems surprised and impressed.
