1000 CE - What if... ? - Season 2, Episode 7: Hela Found the Ten Rings?
He stands at the edge of this story as he does all others, watching without intervening. He opens the tale by laying out the shape of the divergence, describing the world in which Odin could not contain his daughter's hunger for conquest and chose banishment over imprisonment. With that framing in place, he steps back. The events that follow belong entirely to Hela, to Wenwu, and to Odin. Uatu observes the whole of it from a distance, a silent witness to a universe rewriting itself, and says nothing more.
1493-06-01 CE - What if... ? - Season 2, Episode 6: Kahhori Reshaped the World?
Uatu stands at the edge of this reality as he always does, framing the divergence before stepping back entirely. He opens by describing the world as it was remade when Surtur destroyed Asgard before Odin could secure the Tesseract, setting the altered history in motion, and then withdraws. What follows belongs to the people on the ground. He watches, as he always watches, and says nothing more.
1602-07-15 CE - What if... ? - Season 2, Episode 8: The Avengers Assembled in 1602?
Uatu opens by laying out the shape of a world compressed by time, two eras folded into one, and a universe pulling itself apart at every seam. He frames the crisis and then watches as Carter refuses the escape he offers her, turning down both a way home and his verdict that the universe is doomed. That refusal appears to catch him off guard. He is present again at the end, watching Carter stand alone in the wreckage of what she saved, and says nothing as Strange Supreme steps through a portal and claims her attention. The universe survived without his intervention, largely because someone chose not to listen to him.
1872-06-15 CE - What if... ? - Season 3, Episode 6: 1872?
Uatu frames the world of 1872 with characteristic detachment, noting that the myth of the Old West has always been darker than the legend, before watching Shang-Chi and Kate Bishop navigate it in silence. That silence holds until a boy named Jun-Fan is about to be killed aboard the ghost train, and Uatu brushes his would-be killer aside without hesitation. He closes his narration with quiet satisfaction, remarking that the whole affair ended better than it could have, which is precisely the moment the Eminence arrives to point out that better than it could have is not his call to make. Three other Watchers descend, slam him into a cosmic barrier that shatters on impact, and leave him facing consequences for a mercy he could not bring himself to withhold.
